thx for the comments. that is a thorough comparison. Probably EHE's issue is the negative feedback loop caused by a mistimed ipo at the top of the market doesnt help. panic, fear etc reign in investors minds.....
Does anyone know how many single facility private operators are remaining, and can estia buy smaller not for profits as well, as small not for profit operators like community operators have most of the remaining places...private market share is small....the acquisition potential will determine its value going forward...
Also $150m debt facility isn't much, hope its upgraded at some point
