As mentioned in previous threads on REITS, this was a window with risk and opportunity.
15-20% returns p.a now achievable over the next 10 years.
Why?
Because the dividend will be 8-10% by themselves. That means I don't need to achieve alot of capital growth to achieve straightline (not accumulative) 15% returns on share purchase price.
