We have been fed - since Gough Whitlams day the BS that with our population, (24M approx) we cannot sustain an Automotive Industry. Tell Sweden that. Since those days, and the "Button Plan" the politicians have finally destroyed our car industry. So now we buy USA rubbish, at double or more, the price they pay in the USA. Who is paying whom? The Govt screws us, the banks screw us. GOD! We must be almost inscrutable by now. (Weak grammatic pun)
