Nice move up the last few weeks hitting new 7 year highs. Not much upside resistant with buyer numbers versus sellers getting stronger. One of few companies hitting new recent highs.
Expecting eps of 60/65cps with dividends 42/45cps this FY. 20%+ growth
. Next year expecting approx earnings of 80cps and dividends of 56cps. 20%+growth.
FY24 good chance of similar growth with no material hiccups.
What’s a fair price now and what we might think it could trade up in 12 months? Keep in mind current NAV is around $10.50.
. When I say a fair price I mean what it could consistently trade at. I know Lost believes it should trade on a 20 multiple and I have similar thoughts but with limited liquidity and a small investor base that might never be the case.
