I got competely fobbed off by Commsec, they looked at my trade & it complied with their execution policy.
That was it, no answer to my question or explanation why 2 trades didn't get matched.
Thinking of transferring my entire portfolio to CMC, so fed up with the sh* te service from Commsec.
