Has the re-rate happened?

For those of us that have been watching from the sidelines for a while (pre 2006) where there was a lot of promise that fell away very sharply with a few decisions that went against the company(....ask anyone that bought in the hype at around $1). The resulting falling confidence and setinment forced the shareprice to non existance for nearly 8 years beore the company took on a different path to take the concept to overseas markets (ie India).

This is very promising dont mis-read what i am saying, HOWEVER, given the long downtrend and lack of confidence which can be traced back to posts only 12 months ago, I ask all to ignore the hype and the insessant "jump on board the train" sh!# and objectively look at the 12 x increase in the last year (from 0.002 to 0.024) to at least ask the question if a patent with no confirmed partnership is warranting this re-rate to 2c (yes this is a re-rate) and then again ask are we going to see another re-rate shortly or has the current re-rate already factored in upcoming announcement?
