If someone is prepared to be this stupid why attack the concert hall in Moscow?? Why this target??
Would a target in USA or France not be better?? Better In the sense of less repercussions and better for the culprits??
Was Moscow attacked due to proximity, locational access??
Presumably the master mind paid others to get these fools to do what they did? What other incentive would there be for the organisational structure if there was one??
An attack in France and USA would have more effect due to media and other aspects which would create more shock. Moscow is not in a war but the people over there have seen a lot of conflicts over the years, they would be more hardened than some soft targets in the west. France is a smaller country, more chance of escape?? Is it because France has the language barrier, USA the cameras?
