I think this terrorist attack has one problem for those trying to hide intent and source.
The four directly involved where our not one, no lone wolf.
They also where morons to a degree.
So that means not just anyone could organise this.
The master planners probably would need some clout to get the morons to comply work together and stick together.
For example, after the event why did the morons not split up and go wherever if not decide to suicide??
Morons tend to follow good presentations so the master planners could easily con the morons into actions of terror. It would have to be simple for the morons to comply, follow and understand in terms of communication and yet the morons would have to believe them meaning it is unlikely to be random masters, they would need to have serious backing behind them apart from money, sophistication to con the morons. The morons being morons would likely to be street smart so it would have to be a sophisticated con to get the morons to believe in their actions to carry it out
