Having an incompetent self serving person like Mather in or on a Company Board is leaving the rest of the share holders with near total losses. Yes, the day traders have done very well but the falling share values through Mather's leadership and governance is now proving problematic even for them. Mather has destroyed DGR's investment in SOLG...it was he and his selected cohorts that set the path we are now on. Destroying SOLG's chance of proving up its true worth because this bastard has caused every one of potential developers, apart from the current interest from communist chinese entities, to be repelled and demonised. Get independent directors who look after all shareholders, including DGR, would certainly open up doors for the future. His behaviour is paramount to criminal and certainly should be subject to close scrutiny by regulators both in Australia and international.
