So our directors raise well over $30 million, do a 50 to 1 dilution of shares. Declare us insolvent and then not release any information as to what will or could happen to all the shareholders share value. Not a whisper since mid December 23 from any of shareholders on this forum. Does that mean we have lost everything? Can anyone make sense of our current situation with this company. How will it affect DGR and other major holders, let alone much smaller holders? Our company directors have lead us down to this path and yet not a whimper or any dialog as to where we might end up with.
