The irony in the MK statement is unbelievable.
“The Australian Government has been consistent in its position that it will not provide a running commentary on PEP-11 and this remains the case.”
As I mentioned before regarding delegation to Ed Husic, the case builds stronger for a further court case if the application is denied again. The blatant run around and legal pathways to block the application. I would be interested to know how many applications get delegated to each member and why they get delegated. An application with such a high profile should NOT be delegated.
@Flambeau Do you believe there would be enough evidence to prove these actions of the Government are premeditated with the intention to reject the application? All of this is “since” MK and others cannot legally reject the application due to bias. (If the application was rejected)
