Well personally I am not to please with Sophisticated Investor getting in @ half price, this send the shared price to under 20 cents.

I am not sure how InCor feel, and InCor deal would have been first of the rank and Management/sophisticated after.

I feel a bit betray as they should not ruin the shared price and look after the shared price for everyone., 25 cents I can understand that's still better deal than InCor by 6 cents but 18 is way to low.

I am a sophisticated Investor on another Stock and I know quite well how it works and Greed got the better of it this time.
