the other thing i find concerning about the new capital raise is this.
i think we have about 300million shares on issue at the moment after the InCor allocation.
Say everything proceeds according to the best case scenerio and everythings happens as people dream. The share price goes to $1.00
at that point from this one capital raise this group of investors (whoeverer they are) With the mechanism of the options essentially would be in a position to strike 150 million shares and control 33.33% of the company with one go. 150 million shares (30 million at 18cents + 120 million options) / 450 million total shares.
That seems extremely unfair and ridiculously generous.
It also has major dilution issues and potentially an effective controling stake.
