I think there is a real move to clean up corruption in Brazil, in any event, AVB have managed to navigate that evil so far.

You seem to want it both ways...one minute saying there will be a shortage then now admiting that BHP etc are ramping up exploration and as the article from which you have selectively quoted goes on to suggest production as well.
We are but a minnow.
