Given this update, it is worth revisiting the announcements made by LWP at the time, especially the update from LWP after shareholders had uncovered this as a scam, passed this information on to LWP management who went ahead with the project anyway.
LWP claimed to have done two rounds of due diligence and found no issues and we now have it confirmed that there never was any battery technology. It was only after the photos surfaced that their hand was forced and they had no choice but to terminate the project.
