What is most concerning is that one of the criteria used by Ms Higgins to boost her payment is in relation to future employment.
"The claimant has been diagnosed as medically unfit for any form of employment, and has been given a very poor prognosis for future employment".
It must be a miracle as Ms Higgins entered into a business partnership with another individual within a short time frame after the payout.
Surely this deserves scrutiny?
