I see the usual labor law firm is behind this action and they're rubbing their hands at another fat payday. They collected 10s of millions off a refugee claim and paid themselves another motza from the bushfires (before any of the victims got a cent).
So this smells like a setup. Hope the truth comes out but I'd like to hear the other side before rushing to judgement.
