In south Australia dozens of rooms in 5 star apartments are used as mobile brothels. I know people who live in apartments all over the city. Men come and go day and night. These apartment buildings have families living in them which creates quite a risk.
I even suspect an international hotel at Glenelg was used as a brothel. One woman was surrounded by dozens of men who appeared after she let one man into her room. She screamed and called the police, it made the news. I witnessed the police questioning her because i was at the bar at the time. I went out to the foyer, they asked where she met them and she hesitated to respond. She told them she only expected one man.
High density housing is a failed experiment from the 1960s which created hell holes full of crime and drugs.
