Between him, Lambie, David Whatsisname, One Nation and the Xenophon Party ( another contender for the title) there could not be a better example of the need to amend the Electoral Act even further to rid us of this flotsam and jetsam in the Senate. Legislation passed by Committee and "compromise" is always destined to be bad law.
