Making Bread - do it every week-end
I only use spelt flour plus oil and salt with warm water and dry yeast (with a pinch of sugar)
let it rise once in the bowl and the second time on the tray
I either make a ciabatta shape, croissant shape or baguettes
Nothing like the smell of warm cooked bread in a house.
