My memory fades BB but I think I paid 25% ST on any coin in the slot equipment I bought.
I remember once I bought a pool table and it arrived with just a plunger to operate. I made a phone call and the coin mech arrived. Cunning so and sos would have invoiced it as a domestic table [non-coin operated] and saved the 25% because home tables were tax free or much lower tax anyway.
I think automotive was up around 25% too. I'll do a search.
