yep agree with katavi. i've put my hand up for these. despite some REIT's falling last several days, the sector average is still around 5% yield for this style.
this is at 6% yield, for 2 years it'll be franked, the franking gets it to 8.5% plus which is a big margin over the 5% average of REIT for the next 2 years.
