Bunn Wackett seeing it correctly
inflation running rife unbelievable land houses doubled since 2018.
debt has worked for now inflation melted it away.
I’ve been wrong on housing for 15 years. Thought it would fall by 50%. Never bought a house .
bought land has doubled or quadrupled but no houses. Paper value through the roof.
can’t get trades no one wants to work , attitudes poor on young blokes .
