    thats bull, prices arn't dictated by the tradies, they are set by the builder, builders do pay incentives to keep good teams.
    and different types of bricks are different prices, commons, maxi's etc and internals compared to face. 1000 bricks a day, not everyday and not in todays houses with heaps of corners and less straight runs, more likely 500-600 bricks a day and brickys work in a team, getting paid per brick causes arguments when guys get straight runs while others do the time consuming fiddly work. to think that brickies are making $2000 a day laughable. rates are about $350 a day
