A few scenarios in play - yes it could have put in a repeating range and the trend could have started to turn down , alternatively it could still be forming the handle of a cup and handle formation - the 9 & 21 EMA,s on the daily chart are starting to turn down but no bear cross is looking imminent at this point in time.
