They are being selective and have been for more than 2 years...
Importantly what l bought gets rented out for 1050 and payment is 980
Also another unit in complex sold 50 k higher last year ..it's just a cheap unit for mother in law mate...bank got address in 20 mins told my go no issues 80 percent
Banks are far from stupid...now if it goes all electronic and no cash l would be very concerned besides that every property will not go down if the numbers stack up
