Funny How Boomers all love to mention that and attempt to Mislead,
if not blatantly lie to others.
Average interest rate over 30 Years was around 6.8%.....
Boomers had it easy and cant admit it.
Stats PROVE IT,
It was 3x Average Wage now over 10x for a House.
Perhaps it's the Boomers Attitude that needs to be readjusted....
