Correction; the Directors told SH's that they had sold their 4m (30c exercise price) options each (they still hold 4m shares each) around Dec 2011 when the SP was about $3.70 - it dropped to about $3 as a result but subsequently recovered. I reckon Directors would have received over $11m each (they would have paid a lot of tax on this). Les Davies and Paul Chapman have bought shares on market at various stages (there were purchases by other director but they were few shares) and all directors participated in the $1.2m CR in (85c each) in Aug 2013 - 235,294 shares for each director.
