That is roughly why it's referred to as matter/energy. Matter, the physical structures of the Universe, being a manifestation of concentrations energy.....the ultimate nature of 'energy' is not yet understood, so it is premature to draw the conclusions that you appear to support.
''We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind.''
There is no apparent connection between a conscious and intelligent mind and quantum mechanics. Too many unfounded assumptions need to made about the interaction of matter/energy/wavicles in order to make that assumption.
