How Come that Michael Simmons and Vaughan Bowen were allowed to subscribe and be allocated MULTIPLE allotments in the recent SPP? Simmons received 22,664 shares and Bowen received 16,998 shares. The retail holders were advised that we could not apply for shares in the SPP thru multiple entities? I am a founding shareholder in UWL and i hold shares in both my personal name and also in my SMSF and i received after applying for the full 20,000 shares a pitiful 5,666 shares. I would not have bothered applying for them if i knew we were to be drawn back to that volume. I am still awaiting my oversubscription refund which i am now advised i will receive today? however i wanted to buy Z1P with that money when the share price was $7.42, needless to state i have missed the boat there. On the bright side Unity is going well under very astute management.
