Typical property investor trait, always PAYGs and they only ever associate with their own type (to avoid being challenged).

That's the problem with these types of forums where people from the public get to have an equal voice and try to engage with others whom would never normally cross paths in real life. It's a privilege you're getting to experience I guess.

Well, hence why you are pro-property. You know nothing else. And if you're now getting the feeling that it's back to the drawing board, I can understand why you don't like hearing this.

Making money out of any other asset class requires a lot more skill, time, education, work etc.

You don't make proper money out of assets that just anyone can buy.
