Sady, ASIC does nothing to protect holders. And ASX is no better.
ASIC is the biggest toothless tiger around. And on the rare occasion they take a company to court and get a ruling you can be sure none of that money goes to the victims. Supposedly the fines are meant to discourage companies and directors from misbehaving. Yeah, right... It does nothing of the sort. :-(
