Let's suppose an offtake includes giving away 200 mill shares at 50 cents to raise 100 mill and the balance of funds needed to build a plant. In return for that we are going to promise our "partner" so many tonnes of product a year for so many years. Given we may want to have our own processing plant, what do the intelligentsia here think that we can afford to give away, and still keep the required booty. And is there likely to be any room for further offtakes.

And, can offtakes include a clause that says, agreements are null and void should a TO eventuate; from someone who wants everything, say. Is that possible. Outside my knowledge here. Cheers jwt
