Any parent who does not monitor their childs education progress is negligent . We have quarterly parent teacher meetings at our kids school , takes a whole day but worth it. The school is 90klms away yet we are told that parents that live only a few minutes from the school never attend these meetings. It's a partnership , not all up to the teachers.
