The issues are about
- improper use of parliamentary entitlements,
- creating a job inappropriately,
- moving the relevant person into several jobs without appropriate selection process,
- failure to disclose the value of a pecuniary interest,
- failure to disclose that the pecuniary interest was actively solicited
- inappropriate decision making with the Murray Darling Basin, leading to failure of the scheme.
Those are the issues! And they need to be fully investigated.
