interested in taking part in the MOT entitlement offer. Australia post seems to want to play tiddlie winks in the corner rather than do some work, so i still havent received my offer documents. searching online has netted me the pds for the offer, which after consultation tells me i need to pay via the "personalised entitlement and acceptance form" if i wish to utilise bpay. it does not however, tell me where to find said form. looking on the share registry website, it tells me i have no offers for MOT, and i can find nary a trace of any entitlement offer. looking at the company website seems to offer little else besides the pds.
does anyone have an idea where i can find the "personalised entitlement and acceptance form"?
