my communications are set to email. the instructions were in an email that for some reason I never received, I finally had someone call me back and they sent me the email yesterday. I sent my bpay payment through last night, hopefully it goes through in time.
Perhaps the above instructions for finding the form on the automic site should have been included in the PDS section about how to apply and pay, would of also made life a lot easier.
