Hi all , I'm not sure if this is the best forum to ask this but if so I have been trying to get off the fags for the last month or 2 but only last half a day at most .
I did stop for approx 2 years along time ago [cold turkey]but made the mistake that I thought I could have an occasional smoke like once a week and when I started competing again [cars] the nerves took over and I was hooked .
Would others like to offer an opinion on what method worked for them ?
patches ? cold turkey? medication , hypnosis , chewing gum etc etc
Any and all advice taken on board ?
