Hi all , Thanks for all your comments above . Gunna try the cold turkey thing again along with a try of the youtube hypnosis thing .
Bit bizzare but it worked for me yesterday for atleast an hr .lol
Not a fan of medication but will go that route as an absolute last resort and don't feel like paying someone hundreds of dollars to hypnotise me when I should have the brain power to do it like last time .
