Remember the CEO and puppet of African Lion (AFL) - Nick Clift, is getting paid 300,000 p.a. So far all he has done is dilute the shareholders and potentially mislead/withhold information from shareholders as well as loose the project according to the Tunisian classified newspaper article. It looks like the project is lost and Nick Clift and AFL should be asked to explain to ASIC and shareholders as to why they did not disclose Psons.
