HY Report Obseravtion: Glencore

At first glance I noticed that the HY didn't mention Glencore very much.

Page 7 of the HY notes Glencore as having 8% of AVB.

However, Glencore's last substantial shareholder notice says they had 9.56%.

Further, I also note that the other holder's percentages do not appear to have changed since their last updates to the market.

So, what's going on here - why hasn't Glencore released a change in substantial holder notice following a 1% change in their overall percentage holdings?
Is Glencore selling?
Did Glencore forget to issue a changing in substantial holding notice following a dilution?
