The transition to EVs has happened recently and the majority of the Norwegian fleet are still ICEs . Its the trend that matters, and that will mean the use of petrol & diesel will drop sharply over the next ten years. (given that the life expectancy of an ICE is say 15 years)
Sharpen up mate and use your eyes instead of your mouth (God gave you 2 eyes and one mouth for a very good reason!)
The chart above indicating 93% EVs relates only to Sept 2023 Norwegian sales ....not the entire national fleet.
