It's easy to double coming of a low base, like buying a 2 cent ASX stock over an established $100 stock.
Those that can afford and want one now will be one. Those that can afford to buy one but don't want one yet for various reasons, won't buy one yet and for the majority that buy 2nd hand cars because they can't afford new, won't buy one.
