Readers of the ECTLtd website's content are lead to believe the various "products" described are up and commercially running but alas the shareholders have painfully discovered upon inspection of a series of annual reports that little to no production bearing incomes has actually occurred. The running costs of ECT Ltd have mostly come from issuing more confetti and never from the commercially profitable delivery of products and services. The daily smack in the face for shareholders is the price of the stock now sits between $0.001 and $0.002 with the consolidation elephant busting into the room.

The easiest line of research is to look at the share price over the last 10 years to reveal exactly the sentiment of the market. Spiel from announcements, the company website and the rah-rah bandwagon are barely worth their pixels until costs of running the company are exceeded by income from commercial products and services. Shareholders have NEVER had a guaranteed actual date for income to exceed costs so until this date even more dilution confetti will be thrown in to the market.

If the directors of this company can NOT provide a guaranteed date of commercial income returns irrespective of all this inguneerin and biuldin then why should shareholders stump up yet more capital investment? The painful reality is my investment is now mostly a write off how about yours?
