The native American indian has nearly all the same problems as the Australian aboriginal...
both were the original inhabitants, both lost control of their counties and became minorities, both were settled by the British, both were moved into camps and reservations, both live on welfare and royalties and live in places with limited to no education or employment prospects or futures...both are little more than victims now living in pasts that are mainly made up and imprisoned to them
I dont think they have really any big genetic differences re alcohol and drugs, i think its because they have no future and live in squalor
