It is reported that the two muslim filth responsible for the murders in Paris, pretended to be nice, ordinary folk in the neighbourhood where they lived. They had everyone conned, just like that Monis jihadist terrorist responsible for the Sydney murders.
So, the ploy is to be nice to people, while you bide your time, waiting to strike.
