I have no doubt the reduction in Graphite market pricing played a part in The historic Ancuabe plant closing, though what you are missing is the perfect storm of events that also lead to the closing including, Freak weather/flooding, Maintenance costs of diesel generators not cost of Diesel itself and the demise of Graphite market price. I believe from memory that Superior Graphite pulled out of the project due to this and that put a stop to production there. @Tylemahos and or @tobyjack can probably give you a more in depth version of events surrounding the closure of the Mine which also included uncertainty of remaining reserves/resource, something Triton has shown strong and robust indication of answering through their tenements/licenses which may also yield approximately 3 times the total graphitic carbon per tonne of ore.
