There is a giant vacuum harvesting shares from sellers at any price. They will keep doing that until the day the stock goes into TH or suspension.
IMO, the sp (reflecting the asset sale - possibly at 100%) will look nothing like the sp the very day (leading up to the TH).
Perhaps this is the deal that will shock the market in teh words of Vale's CEO.
