I wouldn't swear to it....(however, I'm pretty sure of it) but judging by the photos the carpets are European loom made....nothing of value there. Rest of the place looks interesting. House itself looks nice for an oldie.....if you can afford it and fix it up....(my current issue with our 'oldie' (but not as old) - time and money - mostly time LOL....) go for it if you feel it will do the job. Food is good business. We had one overseas, but it's less fun here with the restrictions, inspections, regulations.....just too hard....But overseas we made 40-50% profit....and had more customers than we wanted LOL.....Good luck!! And you'll need 3-phase power....
