Anybody that tells you to believe in them because they know what god is doing should be treated with the utmost suspicion.
This is how the human race has been kept subservient to the church.

It is just common sense that if you emit chemicals into the water, the air, the ionosphere and the soil it will change the natural balance of the ecology, that is just common sense. Some of it the human race can counteract and some of it we cannot.
We have saved many rivers from poisonous contamination from pesticides/herbicides and poisons from mining.
We have saved fish species because of over fishing in their breeding grounds.
If you go to china and have a look at the air, it is toxic in the long term to the human body.
If you emit chemicals into the atmosphere that damage the ozone layer then more radiation from the sun will get through to the earth.
Queensland in Australia is the skin cancer capitol of the world because there is damage and a thinning of the ozone layer over coastal QLD, it moves around but it is there.
These are all proven things and proven ways that the human race has affected our environment.
